Thought I’d give this takeaway the benefit of the doubt having received undercooked chips last time! I ordered again and put on notes to actually cook the chips. No they come looking like they was cooked with a hair dryer again. Absolutely disgusting had to stick them in my air fryer to actually cook through. Kebab was freezing that had to be reheated and the portion size for the large kebab meat looked like it was rationed. Wont be rushing, back pure liften.

Absolutely disgusting and not sure how anyone think it’s acceptable to send food out like that. Chips must have been cooked for about 2seconds, white and raw. Garlic bread like rubber. Sauces were the only half decent thing

The positive was the order was delivered quickly but they forgot to put in the pitta breads, the lettuce was yellow and the meat was “lumps” obviously the last bit of meat on the skewer, I complained about the pitta breads and the did bring them out but the meal was ruined by then anyway,. As this was another 45 minutes later.

Food was ready 45 mins before collection time stated and I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't rang up to question the estimated time of collection. When we got it home (10 min max drive) it was barely warm. Not a great experience.

Absolutely vile. The chicken tasted like the left overs from Sundays dinner a few weeks ago wasn’t fresh at all same as the pizza 1 bite and again not fresh. Will not be ordering from these again

Well, the cheesy chips are stuck to the tinfoil so you can’t get them out and then the kebab meat was freezing cold and had No foil around it at all so I won’t be going back I’m not gonna even bother ringing them because if that’s the kind of customer service they give obviously they don’t care so you can keep your £11 and it’s gone in the bin
